4 nights. Norfolk BCC Area 50th Anniversary Celebration & AGM, AGM at 11:00am Sunday 17th. Cost £10.00 p.u.n. On the Saturday Evening the committee are laying on a meal for which there is a £10 per person – Non Refundable Deposit for the meal and to confirm numbers for catering. ALL Meal Bookings with Deposit must be in by the 25th February via our Booking Officer Pauline Neal.
From A47 approx. 8m from Kings Lynn turn right on to Main road signposted Narborough/Pentney (or Brown sign for Trout lakes) in 0.8m turn right onto Chalk road signposted Marham/Community Centre, site on left in 0.3m Look for BCC signs. Narborough is close to the market towns of Swaffham, Kings Lynn and Fakenham. Sandringham House and Estate is 10 miles away with Hunstanton and the Norfolk Coast 30 minutes drive. 1 mile away is RAF Marham, home of the F-35 Lightning. RAF Marham Aviation Heritage Centre is open (check times).

From Fakenham A148 take B1105 to Wells-Next-The-Sea, then follow A149 Hunstanton, past Holkam Hall, turn Left B1155. Upon passing the Burnham Market Town Sign take 1st Right Friars Lane, in 300m site is on the Left. Please follow this route as some roads in Burnham Market are unsuitable for Large Units & Caravans.
The site is just under1/2 mile from Burnham Market centre where there is an hourly CoastLiner 36 Bus Service to Hunstanton, Wells & Fakenham. There is also a good selection of Local Shops, Public Houses, Cafes etc, & Takeaways. Our site is only 6 miles West of Wells-Next-The-Sea in Bootiful North Norfolk, plenty to see & do in the local area. We have the use of the school hall in the evenings with good Disabled Access.

From the A47, either East or West bound, use the turnings signposted Swanton Morley. Then pick up the B1147 (old A47) Norwich Road and head west for around 1 mile. Just past the Coach Makers PH, take the second turning on the left opposite the Fire Station, onto Greenfields Road, also Brown Sign for Dereham Windmill, follow this road for just under 1/2 mile and take the second left turn onto Honeysuckle Drive. Site entrance is 30 metres on the right. Follow BCC Signs.
The Mid Norfolk Railway are holding a 40’s weekend, which is around a 15 minute stroll to the station. With various themed events taking place at the station and possibly around the town, including a Glenn Miller Band playing both Saturday & Sunday at the station. Further details can be found on the MID Norfolk Railway website.
The town centre is also only around a 15 to minute walk, with a good selection of High St shops, Restaurants & Takeaways available. Good road access to visit the North Norfolk Coast etc. And if you fancy a wee Dram why not visit one of Englands very few Distillery’s only around 20 miles away at Larling near Thetford..
